Orange Light began operations in 2018 and was incorporated in 2025. The company has evolved beyond traditional training and advisory services into a structured business and institutional development firm serving organisations that need stronger strategy, systems, governance and execution.
We work with businesses, public institutions, civil society organisations, boards, executives and development partners. Our approach is deliberately practical: diagnose the problem, design the intervention, support implementation and strengthen internal capability.
